To ensure you get the best possible price on your Manhattan Portage bag, we provide a 110% Match-Price guarantee. If you see a Manhattan Portage bag (same style number and same color) selling elsewhere for less, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase at onlineorders@manhattanportage.com or call 212 925 1085 ext 107 and we'll refund you 110% of the difference between our price and the lower amount that you see. For example, if we sell $100 and you see somewhere else selling for $90, we will refund you $11 so in total you will pay only $89.

Our lowest price warranty is valid on Internet advertised prices only and does not include auction sites or promotional sales. Price difference is calculated on the final price of your purchase, excluding shipping and tax.

Manhattan Portage guarantees that all unused merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the bag and any applicable taxes. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, accompanied by the original hand tags. All promotional items with the purchase must also be returned in the original condition with hand tags to be eligible for exchanges/refund.

For exchanges, a new bag will be shipped out to you once the bag to be exchanged has been received. The cost of shipping the new bag to you will be taken care of by Manhattan Portage. Please indicate in our Exchange and Refund form inside the UPS box which item and color you want to exchange it for, and include it with the original sales receipt that came along with the order.

For refunds, your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned product. We will refund the price of the bag, including taxes, but not including original shipping charges unless a mistake was made by Manhattan Portage in processing your order. Credit card returns are always refunded onto the original card used.

You do not have to worry about back-orders or ordering a bag or color that we just ran out of. If you ever place an order for a bag or color we are unable to process within 24 hours or less, we will offer FREE Ground shipping on an alternative style or color you decide to pick up instead + a FREE bag accessory (shoulder pad, cell phone case or accessory case) as an apology for the inconvenience caused.

*This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, nor the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use. (i.e., fabric abrasion, zipper wear and foam breakdown). Bags returned for warranty service will be replaced at the discretion of Portage Worldwide, Inc. Do not machine wash or machine dry as it will void all guarantees. Removing the label also voids the warranty of your bag.

*Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to our Custom Graffiti Bags. These bags are hand printed in New York City, and should be treated with care in order to prevent damage to the artwork.
